This family’s session is definitely one of my absolute favorites to date. I’m in love with the colors and styling mom choose for the whole family. This just goes to show how much more impact good styling and outfit composition can have on your session. Ditch those neutral colors and don’t be afraid of bold color, patterns and accessories! It makes the images so fun to look at!

And her boys? So cute. One of my priorities during a family session is to take pictures of just mom and dad. Sometimes I hear that the last time moms and dads were together in front of the camera was their wedding! It’s important to document you and your spouse’s relationship over the years! Your children and grandchildren will love those images down the road. And Bud and Katie’s images? No exception. They are so cute together, married nine years with these sweet dashing boys!

This was a quick little session I did with my own daughter who turned 16 months this week. I’m a little crazy and take a monthly picture every month with my kids until they are two so I can make these awesome collages at their birthday parties. Anyway, I drove around my new neighborhood for awhile until I found an open space that captured the gorgeous evening light. A+ for Claire’s cooperation this time, as it’s not usually the case that she’s looking and smiling at the same time (while standing still of course!).

Meet Nolan and Jade! My goodness, I could barely stand how cute their outfits were! We got lucky and ran into a car show during our session and a nice owner let us play with his fancy red car for awhile. It was just too perfect for their Valentine inspired outfits.

Snapberry Photographs had the absolute honor of photographing Jessica (of www.jmphotomn.com) and her family last fall. It’s a well known fact that professional photographers are often missing 3 key things:
1. Pictures of their family that THEY themselves are in. 2. Pictures of just mom with her kiddos. 3. Finally, number 3, pictures with their spouse. Since Jessica and I were both lacking in those areas, we swapped sessions, hoping to get some quick family photos.

We had a little bit of an early chilly fall day, but we were able to get all the images we wanted at this beautiful location. The fall colors were simply gorgeous. Katie and Geoff’s gorgeous wedding was back in September on a picture perfect day. I absolutely loved working with these two. They were so wonderful and nice and made my job so easy that day. Matt and Emily; Dallas and Fort Worth Wedding Photographer

Matt and Emily were the first couple I originally *met* online via skype. Oh, the wonders of technology! Matt and Emily lived in Massachusetts, so we didn’t actually meet until their wedding day! They were blessed with a gorgeous near 60 degree day back in November. My favorite shots are the ones we grabbed with the lights in Rice Park right before heading off to the dinner. Congratulations again Emily and Matt!

Mom really wanted images captured of their newborn with their 2 older daughters in their home, and I must say, I’d love to continue doing more of these sessions.
